How we research and update our exam guides

Every Studyforge Labs guide is checked against the official exam body, dated, and corrected when the rules change.

Who writes our guides

Our exam guides are published by Studyforge Labs Ltd, a UK software company (Companies House number 17563947) that builds exam-preparation apps. The guides are produced by our team with the help of AI research and drafting tools. Every factual statement about an exam, such as its format, timing, fees, dates and eligibility rules, is checked against the official source before we publish.

Sources we use

We rely on primary sources: the organisation that sets or awards the exam, the regulator, or the official handbook. Examples include the LNAT Consortium, the RYA, the Resuscitation Council UK, Network Rail, City & Guilds, AAT, the FAA, and the GCSE exam boards. Each guide ends with an Official resources section linking to the pages we used, so you can check every fact yourself. We do not use forums or unofficial summaries as sources.

Practice questions

The practice questions in our guides are original. We write them to match the published syllabus and question style, and we do not copy questions from real or past exam papers. Each question comes with an explanation of the answer.

Keeping guides up to date

Exam formats, fees and deadlines change. We review each guide when the exam body announces a change and at the start of each exam cycle. The Last updated date at the top of every guide shows when it was last revised. Always confirm fees and dates on the official website before you book.

Independence and disclosure

Studyforge Labs is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any exam body mentioned in our guides. Exam names and trademarks belong to their owners. We make the practice apps featured in our guides, and those app boxes are clearly labelled. No third party pays for or reviews our guide content before publication.

Corrections

If you find an error or an outdated detail, email support@studyforgelabs.com with the guide name and the source showing the correct information. We review every report and update the guide, including its Last updated date, when a correction is needed.
